Paintball Tournament
|
|
 Saturday, August 2nd
Dad Neto Muraoka is organizing a Paintball Tournament at BigShot Indoor Paintball for Saturday, August 2nd.
Registration will begin at 1:00 p.m., with team safety briefings at 1:30 p.m. and the first match starting at 2:00 p.m.
Each team will be comprised of 5 member teams, and all equipment, protective clothing, and ammo will be provided by BigShot. For a great price of $40/per player (if registered by July 31st - $50/per player at the door), it will be a fun tournament on an air conditioned field!

Combined Honors Investiture

Mark Sunday, August 17th on your calendar for a very special Combined Honors Investiture in the Board Room at the Masonic Home in St. Petersburg at 2:00 p.m. (map)
Everyone is invited to witness the investiture of the Cross of Honor, Chevalier, Legion of Honor, and new Supreme Council members.

Florida DeMolay owes some thanks to Miss Heather McShane, Past Priory Princess, for most of these photos. But, these will not be all the Conclave pictures, as we expect to receive more from other photogs in the next couple of weeks, so stay tuned!

Sorority has Landed in Florida

|
Florida DeMolay has started a new program called "Sorority" based on a very successful program which was started by Washington DeMolay.
Florida DeMolay Sorority is an appendant organization of Florida DeMolay
providing young women the opportunity to support DeMolay through
collaborative efforts and its own program of activities and leadership
development.
It is an organization for young women ages 13-21 who support the
purpose and ideals of DeMolay through a quality program of leadership
skills development, social development and cooperative activities with
DeMolay Chapters.
More information on the Sorority Program can be obtained from the State Office.

35 New Members at Conclave

|
 88 New Members in 2008
35 new Brothers joined Florida DeMolay at Conclave, in what can only be called a monumental class.
Brothers from Boynton Beach, George Ulee Lord, Albert J. Russell, Biscayne Bay, Gainesville, Jupiter-Tequesta, and South Seminole Chapters made up the class, and they were treated to what many consider to be one of the finest set of degrees which has been conferred in many years.
