What’s a Mob?
A mob is your mobile network. Being a member of a mob lets you receive exclusive mobile content, like wallpapers, ringtones, and other special content that only mob members will receive.

How do I join the Florida DeMolay mob?

• You can text ‘demolay’ to 66937 and you will be given the option to join the Florida DeMolay mob from your phone.
• Join the Florida DeMolay mob on Mozes.com by clicking “Join Mob” on the
  top, right-hand side of the profile card, or in various other places on
  our mob page – http://www.mozes.com/demolay.

The Florida DeMolay mob is a resource and it will be used to ask group questions, share stuff (like wallpapers and ringtones), vote in a poll, or alert our mob all at once for special news.

Some “come on down” and join our mob!

Mark Sunday, August 19th on your calendar for a very special Combined Honors Investiture in the Board Room at the Masonic Home in St. Petersburg at 2:00 p.m. (map)

Everyone is invited to witness the investiture of the Cross of Honor, Chevalier, Legion of Honor, and new Supreme Council members.

Escambia Chapter, Myrtle Grove Lodge, Pensacola, 6:30 p.m. for dinner. Please let the Chapter know if you are attending by August 11th.

Bahia Chapter, Composite Lodge, Orlando, 7:00 p.m.

Sunday, August 26th
Greater Titusville Chapter, Charter Presentation & Installation, Indian River Lodge No. 90, Titusville, 2:00 p.m.

With the close of Conclave ’007 we have a new corps of State Officers, lead by State Master Councilor, Travis Parker, from Lake Sumter Chapter.

After the Hall of Fame Banquet at the recent DeMolay International Supreme Council meeting in St. Louis, a special new member of King Solomon’s Chapter was inducted with the permission of Grand Master Pat Hart.

Brother Howie Damron, a long-time country musician, now best known for his Masonic music, including the songs “The Masonic Ring” and “The Rite Stuff” was inducted into King Solomon’s Chapter after he had performed his soon to be recorded new song, “I’m Living DeMolay”.

State Master Councilor, Brother Ian Berry, conducted the induction, with the assistance of Brothers Travis Parker and Anthony Pickren after Brother Damron had finished signing autographs for those in attendance.

Brother Damron was greatly moved by induction into King Solomon’s Chapter and was quoted as saying, “It’s a good thing this didn’t happen before I sang that song, or I would have been bawlin’ for sure.”

If you have not heard Brother Damron’s new CD, “Hiram’s Call” then we will play some of the songs during Conclave.

We received the following email from Brother Damron addressed to the Brothers of Florida DeMolay:

Hello to all my wonderful new Brothers of DeMolay

I will be in the studio this weekend recording the new song “I’m living DeMolay” and also the new song my daughter wrote called “Follow the Eastern Star”. Please tell all my friends of DeMolay down there that the song will be ready soon for each and everyone of them to use in growing DeMolay and I’m sure it will become a working tool for increasing membership as the song “The Masonic Ring” has proven in Freemasonry worldwide. I would like to hear from every single DeMolay in Florida and have them email me at email hidden; JavaScript is required. The National TV show was a major success and the next hunting and fishing show will be about DeMolay.
