Chevalier Observances
As the time is growing close for the annual Chevalier observances, here is a list of the know gatherings that have been scheduled:
- David A. Carr Court of Chevaliers
- Will hold their annual observance on Sunday, November 6th at the Steak and Ale at the NW corner of the intersection of Kennedy and Westshore (map). The Court welcomes any Chevalier, Active DeMolay, or guest who is interested in joining them for the evening. They will meet at the restaurant at 6:30pm, and will probably order by 7:00pm. The observance will include a casual dinner in a private room, and a simple Chevalier rededication ceremony where all the Chevaliers will re-assume their obligations. It is an enjoyable time!
- Edward G. Hauter Court of Chevaliers
- Will be having their observance on November 8th at the Steak and Ale (6:30 gathering 7:00 dinner) on 436 (Semoran Blvd) south of 50 (Colonial Drive) in Orlando (828 N Semoran Blvd Orlando, FL 32807 map).
If you know of any other scheduled observances, please email us with the information, so we can add it to the list.

A Note from the EO
Dad Richard Lynn wanted to express his thanks to everyone for their calls checking on him and Mom Susan’s status since Hurricane Wilma.
Both Mom and Dad Lynn are fine. There was quite a bit of damage in their area – and communications remains difficult. Power is not expected for several more weeks.
If you need to get a hold of Dad Lynn, you can call him at the Mahi Shrine office (305) 325-0411 x117, or you can reach any of the members of the executive staff by calling the Florida DeMolay tollfree number:
877-FL-DeMolay
877-353-3665
PS – Just to let you know, we have also heard from Dad Dale Dietzman, State Chapter Advisor, and Dad Earl Higginbotham and everyone in their areas are doing as well as can be expected.
