Florida DeMolay

In addition to his duties as State Master Councilor, Brother Ryan Jones, has been elected the Region III Coordinator for the DeMolay Congress.

Brother Ryan was elected at the recent DeMolay Management Symposium which was held in Nashville on October 22nd.

In his many new duties, Brother Ryan will work to coordinate activities between the jurisdictions of Region III, and has even started some planning for possible joint activities between Florida and Georgia.

At the State-wide Initiation held at Westside Chapter on Saturday, October 15th, we welcomed Brother Christopher into the ranks of Florida DeMolay.

Word is, that there are several more candidates waiting in the wings in that part of the state, from Jupiter-Tequesta, South Miami, and Westside, so we hope they are able to make it to the State-wide Initiation that will be held in the Miami area in December.

The latest issue of the Florida DeMolay eCordon hit the email boxes on October 15th.

The eCordon has been designed to “get the word out” to everyone in Florida DeMolay in the most time efficient and economical means possible.

Two more young men joined the ranks of Florida DeMolay, at the State-wide Initiation held at the Tampa Scottish Rite Center, on Saturday, October 1st.

Brother Corey is now a member of South Seminole Chapter (which has reached positive growth for 2005 with this new member!) and Brother Chris will be one of the founding members of the new West Volusia Chapter that will meet at Liberty Lodge in Deland.
